This is a long overdue review of Patrick’s team. Thanks to Patrick (Who is honestly one of the nicest, easiest people to talk to) myself and my wife were able to move in to our first home together in May of 2017. Patrick helped us steer the waters with an FHA loan and would give me weekly calls/updates on current interest rates, market trends, etc. Thanks to his knowledge and expertise, we were able to decide on the best type of loan for us. Not once did he pressure in any way that wasn’t beneficial in my favor. He always answered my questions in an eloquent manner.
